Thats VCS. You could try changing the file name from DELUXO to SENTINEL. And then change all the DELUXO 's in the handling line to SENTINEL 's

^lol! I think cars should only have 5 gears. In SA, VC and VCS cars had like 9 gears..... Test it. Go to a runway or freeway and just drive ion a straight line and don't hit anything, and there is like 6/7 gears.....

Get in it Drive it onto the water and they hold the analog stick left (or right, id doesn't matter) Look carefully and you'll see smoke rising from the water as if the craft was on the road and had wheels

I agree. People shouldn't just walk around like they're lost... IN THEIR OWN CITY..... Also cars should drive at different speeds. In VCS and SA and LCS cars always drove at like 2mph.....
