I like the idea of the video camera and they should put gta3, gta:vc, gta:sa, islands together so you get a bigger place and noone argues about bigger maps and putting new ones.Maybe they could put new ones but like smaller islands to go with the all other ones i said.

Yes, you must use txd and replace some images of what they tell you to replace and try to look for a readme they should tell you there.

How do you change the handling on the cars i keep downloading cars and it says to change the handling but i dont know how.

Why dont you uninstall vcmm and vc and install them again and see what happens.

I download the vcmm and i go to download and it keeps sayin (Your VCM Manger is out of date or connection to the server could not be made, Please download the new version.) I didnt do anything wrong did i?
