Well, in Oz is always hot so people can get use to it here when heat ways strikes they are unexpected and then people dies.

You know that gang wars here are not in online LC, VC and SA mods. They are made in kinde RPG styl, so yours skills are useless here.

Edit Handling.cfg file for the PCJ-600 to exact same thing as NRG-500 in SA.
That should do the job, well.

Maybe this is stupid but if your gameplay is fast maybe you should find cheat on internet to slow down the gameplay.
But for the cutscenes I don't know.
