There is a little gang territory near the bridge near Los Santos Arena you probably didn't saw it, but now it is pretty hard to take it over since there is your gang members all round it, but maybe you'll get lucky.

Good, total concentration by R* on that game will make it better, however I'm little sad because of that!

Jes it is a Ninja Sword! It is grate and you had it and in VC. One of my favorite weapons, too!

The cover looks kinda different then GTA one but it is same type! They becoming little boring because of copying R* work! They can't get that GTA feeling in that game!
