He means he cant find any Trans Fenders. There are a couple missions that you need to do before they are unlocked. The compleation of the Cesar mission with the lowrider copm. unlockes them.

Im not trying to do that at all man. Its just how i was brought up, if someone is talkin shit to or about me i retaliate.
