Cnacer city will not be in gta4 because the new manhunt is coming out.

Frankily i think that rockstar should create a Liberty City State like San Andreas because franikly how big they make the city i will allways want a countyside in the game and if they cant match the size of San Andreas i think they will be going backwards. What do you guys think?
