San Andreas Screen Problem (Vista)

I have recently bought San Andreas, V 1.00 i beleive, and installed it perfectally fine in vista. When the game started however, it went funny and was laggy.

I'm not sure what the problem is so would anyone else now what the problem is and how to fix it.

im having a very similar problem on xp...i get distorted blocks and stuff, i messed with all my resolution and everything and still no cigar..hopefully someone acn bioth help us.

Are both your graphics cards good enough?

Try a re-install also, if they are...

EDIT :it;'s not a screen problem, unless this happens all the time, most likely a prob with the game, the drivers for vista or your graphics output. (most likely VGA)

It must be your graphics card or something, it runs just fine on my Vista install.

I know this is an old topic, sorry for bumping it but it's unsolved and peopel might be looking for an answer.

I also had this problem with Vista and managed to fix it. You need to download the latest graphics drivers for your specific computer off the internet, this should fix it.
