Blackadder
For anyone that wanted to change the spraycan colour but couldn't now you can! To change your spraycan colour go to GTA San Andreas/models folder. Then Open your effects.fxp with notepad. Then Search for ¡Spraycan¢ and you should see this Then search for red. You should find something like this The bits with the red box around them are the bits you want to change. So change the VAL: in Red Green and Blue. If you don't know the RGB of the colour you want then go to MS Paint and look at the picture below Then Edit your RGB accordingly in effects.fxp Now save the effects.fxp and fire up San Andreas. If you did everything right it should be the colour you picked. Good luck! This is an old tutorial, if anyone is having trouble reading it, just say so and I'll make a new version

Oskar
Awesome tutorial, I'll try it now. Edit: Wow, really cool. Although it looks orange instead of red. Edited April 13, 2007 by Spartan

Blackadder
On the walls? I believe that the tag colour is stored in the txd files of the corresponding buildings they are on. Use a basic Map Editor like MED to find out the TXD names
