Wait, sorry, you put "get banned" at the end of that sentence, so never mind. Anyway, it's not really good to ask someone for money, especially if the one you're asking is already in a gang. It's better to post (no spam) yourself, put money in the bank and collect interest. Also, why did you post this in the Vice City section?
