Sometimes, all Admins/Webmaster's don't really reply to PM's as they know it will be based on how the Forums work, or if he/she could upload their stuff onto the homepage. I believe he has been on today, but he didn't answer your PM's mainly because he didn't want to or he was busy at the time. If it's a mod that you're going to submit, I suggest you upload through the download page in your CP. If you're waiting for your mod to be submitted, I suggest you wait and be patient. As I said, Chris is a busy man right now, so he might not have time to come on here and do much. If it's a mod, you could make a topic up about it any of GTA Forums that are related to the modification. Then possibly, members can reply to it and can tell you what's improving or not. Or if it's related about features on the forum, you could post it in this forum right here. So other than that, the PM's are working fine for me.
