I need help

I have recently gotten a virus, or viruses on my computer, and my current virus protector has run out.

I wish to set my computer back to factory settings, but the only thing i know what to do is a system restore, and that can only go back as far as september.

So if anyone knows how to set a computer back to factory settings, then help would be appriciated.

Hope that helps. You could always just get a free antivirus thing like AVG and try and get it/them that way. And yeah, you were supposed to post in the Computer & Tech section.
