A man recently been under threat from the San Andreas police and has recently moved to Liberty City in order to start a new life but not necessarily a clean life... The following things have been included, excluded and edited: Love Media doesn't exist nor does the tower. The Liberty Tree is called Liberty Daily. MSX FM has not been founded yet. The location where the Donald Love or Love Media tower will be is replaced by a building what will be destroyed in a mission. The Mayor is still R.C Hole. The Callahan Bridge does not exist but is replaced by a Levelled Bridge. The Shoreside Lift bridge is under construction. The Yakuzas don't exist but are formed in this story. 8-Ball starts out in Shoreside Vale. The Porter tunnel in Shoreside Vale doesn't exist. The Columbian Cartel Mansion is under-construction. Hepburn Heights has a huge park where the flats what were being constructed in GTA:LCS will be. Flashback FM is named Flash FM. Numerous cars have not been made in 1994 such as the Blista. The Yardies don't exist. The majority of the skyscraper's in Staunton Island are under construction. Cutscene at Francis International Airport Tom: I'm looking for a guy called 8-Ball, Anyone seen him? 8Ball: I'm here! Tom: Ahh, 8-Ball there you are. I see you are new to Liberty City? 8Ball: Yeah Tom: Well, you'll need to know where everything is then, we'll start with the Shoreside Vale Hospital 8Ball: Well, we need to find a car. Tom: You go Jack one! 8Ball: Ok 8Ball jacks a Landstalker Tom: Good Job! 8Ball: Yeah 8Ball drives to the hospital Tom: Right, here is the hospital and once you are seriously injured or something alike you will be sent to the nearest Hospital, this is one of the 4 hospitals in Liberty City. There are 2 on Staunton Island, 1 on Portland Island and 1 here on Shoreside Vale. 8Ball: So why couldn't we go to the Staunton Island Hospital or Portland Hospital? Tom: Well you see the Shoreside Vale lift bridge is being built and the Subway system to Shoreside Vale has been closed due to a train crash what destroyed most of the station. The ferries don't come to Shoreside Vale and they have been cutoff in Staunton Island because of the Ferry Terminal being under-construction. 8Ball: Ok Tom: The Police station is over there, if you are caught by the cops in any way you will indeed be taken to the police station. They will take a bribe and your weapons, along with the hospital. Anyway, I have a Hideout for you nearby, it's a warehouse down the street called 'Sunlight Warehouse', I know it's not alot but it's better than nothing. 8Ball: Thats ok, I have no money and it's free therefore I'll take it. 8Ball drives to Sunlight Warehouse Tom: I'll be over at my mansion over in Cedar Grove. Meet me there when you are ready. Also explore Shoreside Vale and get familiar with the roads. Mission Passed - $50 Mission 2 - Leon McAffrey 8Ball: Tom? You here man? Leon: No, whos wanting him? 8Ball: Me 8-Ball, he told me to come around. Leon: Well he's not here but Tom left a note for you... Leon hands 8Ball the Note Tom: 8Ball, I have left this note with my brother because I am waiting to meet you nearby the airport. I have to teach you a few things about defence and offense. I left Leon with a few weapons for you and a car for you to take to the airport. Please take these weapons to me and your training will begin... Tom McAffrey 8Ball picks weapons up and leaves McAffrey Household. Leon follows after 8Ball. 8Ball enters 1992 Banshee Leon also enters the banshee Leon: I need to come with you to see how good you are at shooting, is that ok? 8Ball: Sure, thats ok. Leon: Fine, drive to the airport then. 8Ball drives to the airport. 8Ball: Where is Tom? Leon: I don't know, but I have been wanting to kill him for a long time. 8Ball: Ok, I guess you'll be the one watching me shoot. Leon: We need to get away from here to avoid Tom then. 8Ball: Ok, Where to boss? Leon: Hmmm, How about... I am clueless... Oh right yeah, The Liberty City observatory, it's old road up to it needs a rocket in it. 8Ball drives to the Liberty City Observatory. Leon: Now here are some remote grenades and I want you to destroy that road of this planet for good! 8Ball: Won't the city be pissed off at us? Leon: What, I am a corrupt police officer and you are a gangster. 8Ball: I guess thats a no then.. 8Ball place 11 Remote grenades down the road. 8Ball gets back in the banshee Leon: Drive and we'll watch the explosion from over there (Cochrane Dam) 8Ball drives to cochrane dam 8Ball detonates the grenades Leon: Take me to my place in Pike Creek, I have a place that Tom doesn't know about. 8ball drives to Leons place in Pike Creek. Mission Passed - $100 Mission 3 - Leon McAffrey Phil CassidyLeon: So, I have a contact, he owns 4 of the 5 Ammunations in Liberty City. His name is Phil Cassidy and he's only got one arm but is an excellent shooter. Do you want to meet the guy? 8Ball: Sure, why not. Leon: Well, we best meet him nearby. He usually hangs out at his Shoreside Vale Ammunation across from the Pay 'n' Spray and I think he's selling it soon. 8Ball: I guess we'd best eet him. 8Ball leaves "Leons Place" 8Ball enters Perennial Leon also enters Perennial Leon: We are gonna kill Tom at some point, he knows that we are up to something and somehow in Portland Island right now, I don't know why but he is. 8Ball drives to the Shoreside Vale Amunation... Leon: PHIL, YOU HERE?!?! Phil: YES, NO NEED TO SHOUT LEON!! Leon: Sorry, I didn't see you over there. Phil: Thats ok, I thought it was a game. Leon: My brother Tom somehow managed to get into Portland... Phil: Thats Impossible, you know how strict the police force is... Leon: Well, he may have gooten passed saying that he was my brother which he is but he deserves to die, that useless fool. Phil: We have other things to worry about, we need to see how this guy shoots. 8Ball: My names 8Ball not guy. Phil: Ok then "8Ball". Ha ha Leon: I'll let Phil see how you shoot. 8Ball: Ok Leon Leaves Mission Cutscene Phil: Leon cannot be trusted, either kill him or his brother Tom. 8Ball: I'll have my choice soon. I don't like him nor Tom. Phil: Let's see how you shoot then 8Ball and Phil walk into the Ammunation Shooting Range Phil: First lets do normal shots with a 9mm Handgun Phil gives 8Ball Handgun 8Ball starts shooting the required targets. 8Ball: What gun is next? Phil: No, now you practice Headshots. 8Ball shoots the required targets head. Phil: Here is a Machine-Gun what is commonly refered to as a MG. 8Ball is given Ingram Mac 10 by Phil. Phil is impressed with 8Balls shooting. Phil: Okay, you can stop now... 8Ball: How did I do? Phil: You were brilliant. 8Ball: I guess... Phil: Anyway, my job is done and so is yours. Come back if you want to practice your shooting and if you want to buy a weapon or two. Mission Passed! Missions 4-9 Phil Cassidy: "Expolsive Situation"; "The Forellis"; "Mike Forelli" Leon McAffrey: "Betrayal" Mike Forelli: "The Porter Tunnel" Phil Cassidy - Explosive Situation Mission Cutscene Phil: Right, I have explosives here what will be going to explode if not used. 8Ball: Ok, What do you want me to do? Phil: Take the bomb to Toms aircraft and plant it in there. 8Ball: Sounds like a good Idea. 8Ball enters a Truck with the bombs in it. 8Ball drives to Toms Hangar. 8Ball: Where is the plane? 8Ball calls Phil 8Ball: The aircraft isn't there. Phil: Well, plant it...... 8Ball: Holy Crap, I have to hide, He's coming... Phil: Run then plant it. 8Ball when he enters I detonate it or when he's in Mid air. Phil: Mid Air, we'll cause Liberty Citys biggest fireworks display! 8Ball: Ok, Bye. Tom leaves the jet with security. 8Ball sneaks onto jet with bobs on hand. 8Ball plants bomb in the toilet. 8Ball leaves jet and enters burrito. 8Ball drives over to the runway. 8Ball waits for the plane to Taxi to the runway. 8Ball: Hurry up, I want to blow this thing. 8Ball Yawns. The plane takes off. 8Ball waits for the plane to be over Staunton Island Skyscraper district 8Ball detonates the bomb. 8Ball sees the massive explosion over the highrises in Staunton Island 8Ball calls phil and leon 8Ball: Toms dead and his plane also is dead. 8Ball hangs up. Mission Passed - $500 Leon McAffrey - The Betrayal Leon: Your an Idiot 8-Ball! 8Ball: Why? Leon: I was to give you a notice to when you were to kill him and you blew and now I have to temporarily leave Liberty City to go on Vacation because the LCPD said so! 8Ball: At least it has nothing to do with me. Leon: Yeah it does because the LCPD are after you and I hope they kill you... Now I'll pay you to take me to the irport and if you kill me I can tell you that the LCPD will not be happy not one bit. 8Ball: I'll drive you. 8Ball sighs 8Ball hops on Freeway Leon follows Leon: Get driving you pr**k 8Ball pulls a Pistol out 8Ball: Fuck you, shut up or we'll just sit here all day. 8Ball shoots leon in the arm. 8Ball drives to the airport 8Ball throws Leon McAffrey off of the Freeway 8Ball now has a 4 Star Police level. 8Ball must loose the cops and head to Leons place in Pike Creek 8Ball arrives at Pay 'n' Spray *New Objective* 8Ball must go to the Ammunation to see Phil. 8Ball: Hey, Phil you here? Phil: Damn right I am, I just saw a few cops chasing after you. 8Ball: Yeah well, I shot Leon and he is leaving Liberty City for a vacation. Phil: Haha Where? 8Ball: Probably Vice City. Phil: Anyway, if you need some work come here ok. Mission Passed The Forellis - Phil Cassidy 8Ball: Phil? You said you had work for me. Phil: Yeah, I am about to tell you about a gang in the city what may interest you. 8Ball: What gang? Phil: The forellis currently headed by Frank and Mike Forelli. 8Ball: Keep talking then... Phil: well, they are currently the biggest gang in Liberty City with most of the disctricts on each island. Their main districts on each island is St. Marks on Portland, Newport on Staunton and Pike Creek here in Shoreside Vale. They are under threat by the new gang called the Leone Family Mafia or Liberty Mafia who recently moved to Liberty City from San Andreas. 8Ball: I may be interested but where do I find the leaders of the gang? Phil: You can't right now, once the new bridge is open then you will be able to. You will have to contact them by Pager or by the Cell Phone. 8Ball: Whats his or their number or numbers? Phil: Here: 0998 562 7213 0998 201 3710 (Please note these are random numbers not real ones) 8Ball: I will contact them soon. Phil: They have left some work for you to do though. 8Ball: Ok, what work? Phil: Well, it says this: "Tell him to go to Cedar Grove and kill 40 Triads and then use the Handgun what Phil will give you and assassinate Lionel Sindacco.
