what do u guys think of putting part of a town or making a new town underwater? and adding little sister and big daddy as civillain. and even cooler if u can go in shopping center and see out of a window , and add corrupted splicer civilian . although sound hard and time consuming, i think it would be cool to just dive in and see a underwater city. wat do u guys think?

i want it but i would have to slowly learn map making lol.

btw if u want to make this, just make it i would want it too. give me credits for idea

Cool idea but need to contact some modders first!! It's so big and so damn stuff in, it first it has to be tried in a beta version!!

just put never die underwater cheat on then raise water level to way way high.

I think the IPL files support a "CULL" zone, one where water won't exist below sea level, might be easier & you won't

have a cheat issue when you save your game. I think that's how R* keeps rain out of tunnels & such.

Was thinking about playing around w/ this anyway, anybody mess w/ them?

As for the new peds, there are a few unused peds (nice find, Ranxorex) that could be swapped out for Bioshock characters.

There's also 2 unused gangs in SA, which just leaves path editing & Building the models for the city.
