a new highway system

What the hell... It's in the right place, it IS San Andreas Modding, so it fits perfectly here, even if it's a Vice City Mod, he wants it to be in San Andreas.

About the mod, I'm not really good a modding, so I unfortunately can't help.

This is quite a project to take on. I'm not sure anyone would want to do it, especially since SA HAS a highway system that works just fine.

Why the hell would you want a new highway system?

Let me guess, you want around the roadblocks early in the game. If that's the case, don't forget that SA has the

4* warrant for leaving "open" areas of the map. You'd be better off using a script mod like SANGA for early access.

As for the roads themselves, you could try contacting the modeler of VC 420 & see if they are going to do a version for SA.

Isn't there already a mod that has an elevated highway going all over san andreas? I'm sure I saw that when looking at mods.
