Prank Call Numbers

None of the business (bean machine coffee, LCPD recruitment etc) numbers work for me, it rings and then is engaged. Ive tried for ages on all of them at different times of day, but they dont seem to work. What time of day works best?

Are you dialing 7-digit #s starting w/ 555 or the full 10-digit #?

I ask because I couldn't get ZIT! until I dialed the 10 digit #.

what do you mean by 7-digit or 10 digit, alot of the numbers have more or less than ten, and start with 555, is that why they arent working?

I mean from the source I got them from (google!)

ZIT! is 555-0100, but it wouldn't work until I used the area code making it 948-555-1000.

First # is 7-digit, second is 10-digit.

Yeah, the interactive phone was a great idea for GTA IV, but receiving calls and making calls as voice recordings is as real as it gets. They should have linked it with MSN or Skype, that way you'd actually be able to call people with your microphone in the game using the interactive phone.
