Whats mods are people planning?

We all know GTA IV PC has been confirmed, and I was just wandering what mods people will be planning for this, I can sense alot of good ones, like,

new clothes,

new phone,

new friends,

and more, but what exactly do people in TGTAP, have in mind for re-vamping IV on its day of release XD

I'll start w/ a script mod that puts weapons & reward vehicles @ your savehouses. Weapons will include the ones given

to Niko in various missions.

Vehicles used for missions will be parked near savehouses like Little Jacob's Huntley or the yellow Comet from Stevie.

Winning all races nets you a special color Sultan RS.

Completing Brucie's car list gets a Banshee like the one in his garage.

Completing Stevie's list gets a special color Infernus.

Finish the mission where you watch over Packie puts a sniper rifle & 25 rounds @ the Bohan savehouse.

Complete the most wanted for each island & get a magnum, combat shotgun & M4 respectively at all savehouses.

First mission for Peggerino puts the PSG @ the Alderney savehouse.

Would also work on a way to do both Deal & Revenge end missions & save both

I'd love it if someone made a Batman mod, which gives the city a slight orange tinge, has the soundtracks playing, has the batmobile, plus the appropriate weapons. It would be undeniably cool to have that. Not really sure of anything else ATM.

IDK,i haven't played the game,but i would love to see some stunt park near the safehouse in Bohan.
