I have never used Sketchup, but it appears you should be able too. It should be noted that you only have 8hrs to try it, or you can buy it at $495.00. Now you should be able to turn a safe house into a "mansion", but you'll have to work within the space of that lot. Now how do you go about doing both, well that I'm am not sure on.
