EDIT- Ok I fixed up the new one. Changelog- Edited opacity of scan lines on last 3 frames, cleaned up the fade effect, and added 1px stroke to halo 3 fan text

I Think it flashes to faast, and it should be black and blue, like it acctuly is on the game. Anyway, Im sure youve been asked to create a thread and put all your work on it, your littering the whole site with threads

Well this is one of my best userbars and if it is mixed in my other topic no one will see it. But dont worry- after a few days i will get rid of this topic. I just want people to see it

Might wanna resize the visitor font a little bit, then use a 1px stroke, it will make it look like a real userbar then. It's a nice userbar anyways, but try that out and see what the outcome is.
