Problem with gaining game %

OMG what should I do?? Help please! OMGWTFBBQ after i did ALL missions, ALL random characters, ALL races, ALL package deliveries, ALL exotic exports for Brucie and my game progress" is still 60%. OMGWTF what should I do please help me!

Well if you've done all the main missions, go through our 100% checklist starting from the side missions to see if there were any you've missed. Probably quite a lot considering you've only completed just over half of all that.

You didn't mention pigeons for example.

The problem is that after i complete something my % still stay at 60%.

This is all what i did till now:

ALL missions

ALL jacom drug package deliveries

ALL Brucie exotic exports

ALL 9 Brucie races

ALL Fixer (Assasinations) missios

ALL Random characters (side missions)

won ALL activities and beat high score on QUB3D

Still need:

30 most wanted criminals

20 random criminals

some Stevie's car thefts (10 more)

Friend abilities (Brucie and Packie)

Some activities with friends

12 stunt jumps

200 pigeons

And after all this i should have more than 60%, but i'm stuck with that f*cking 60%

It's not a glitch, every single pigeon you shoot counts towards your percentage and there's 200 of them. Keep playing the game and if your so paranoid about it then save on an empty slot before you do anything else.

Nope, Times cheated:0, I also didn't installed any mods or anything.
