Either do a hard refresh (Crtl+F5) or just do a normal refresh. It could be your mouse, probably you clicked it way to much at some point. This happened to me when I used Internet Explorer 7 at my college, but till I realised they blocked javascript from it (Like wtf? Why do that for? lol). Check your JavaScript settings.
