The age of a game doesn't matter. Starsiege Tribes is around 11 years old and people still make new modifications to it. There are still some people that make cars for Vice City (including me). But as he XLr8 said no one makes car for VCM.If u need new wheels in GTA3 or GTA VICE CITY then you gotta have GTA MOD INSTALLER.
