get imgburn, install and then choose "write image file to disc" then find your ubuntu ISO and a cd/dvd and then thats it. then put the cd in your computer, and turn it off. then turn it on, it should say something like "press any key to boot from cd" , so you do that. if it doesnt say that, you need to go into the bios settings and change boot priority so that CD is before hard disk. :)

lol, that's exactly what i did.....
