macorules94
Well, so far I have Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome and Opera Which one is the fastest.... or any other one that I don't have?
Chris
Safari. Also, fuck Mozilla, it's not developed anymore, just use Firefox. As for fastest it depends what they're doing. IE is widely known to be far slower than any of the others, but Firefox, Opera and Safari and Chrome and all fairly close to each other. It more or less comes down to personal preference with them. Firefox can be slower if you have a lot of extensions though, and it typically has the highest memory usage (along with IE).
Damjan
^ Opera. Also doesnt take that much memory like Chrome, with every open tab it starts a new process.
Righty
I think the 3rd party (to MS) are all the same in terms of speed. Web browsers themselves take little resources and computers are quick and powerful now. I don't even have a preference anymore ... as long as i have my bookmarks I'm happy. rappo
Lynx is faster than all of those. If you're willing to give up all images, scripts, and embedded objects, YOU'LL BE BLAZING!
Hansui
i will say Opera is the fastest one, but Mozilla can be fast sometimes without much add-ons... i dunno about Chrome but my mate said it was "good".

rappo
google chrome wins hands down when it comes to javascript performance though. you dont even need a chart to realize it, its really obvious when you run a javascript-intensive page. amazing processing, google really knows their stuff. i wish they'd hurry up with an os x version!
