With that laptop? No, you can't run it on a notebook with an Intel GMA. There are laptops which are optimised for gaming, but I think you'll have to settle for a desktop if you would like to play IV.

everything there is ok except the video card...intel arent really meant for gaming (well not really high requirement games like GTA IV, but you could play vice city and san andreas on it) so yeah.

gaming laptops are usually very expensive, have average battery life etc. so a desktop will be better value and have better performance for same money.
