It has pictures of the mods in use, and most had videos attached so you could also view the mods in use.. I got it, it is from the CLEO web site, http://gtasamod.web.fc2.com/cleomod/ Altho I do not know when it was last updated, the mods on this site I have had trouble finding anywhere else..
