BlackListedB Posted October 23, 2015 Share Posted October 23, 2015 You simply won't be able to mod special use vehicles, and the mods have and will likely remain severely limited because of the vast coding already required for GTA as a complete sandbox game, the mods are limited now, make no mistake.
