Are there any mods that would do this? I'm not aware of any mods that do this but are you aware of the 'Slut Magnet' cheat (BEKKNQV) built into the game? It changes behavior of women to follow you around and jump in your car. That's about as close as you might be able to get for what you have in mind... Just a thought!
