Replacing/adding Ped skins?

I just finished downloading all the characters avialiable from Touhou, and I want to try out GTA: Touhou City. I saw several vids where all the peds were anime characters, and I wanted to do that, especially because using the skin selector to spawn and recruit a character can cause my game to crash. I looked up the forums for something, but the closest thing was the ultimate editor, and I can't use it because it appearently has a virus,so it won't finish installing. Any help will be greatly apprieciated.

Okay, I figured out how to do it, but it's really slow for the way I do it. Are all of the ped/gf models together on the gta3 img? I could rename all of my skins and then replace them. Also, is it better to delete the peds that I don't have the skins for? Or will they make a decrease in the amount of peds that appear? Should I just use skins for several peds? Is there a Edit button on here? I didn't see one.

I mostly replace peds with the desired models in my case, and then use a CLEO script to change CJ into my desired player model. The script came in the form of a cheat code, and is non-intrusive, unlike the skin selector.

I didn't know there was a script other than the skin selector. Anyway, I firgured out how to replace them faster. I just need to get moar skins, so i'll proably get Lucky Star skins next. It's already full of lolz.
