[Mod Request] Gang Wars On After Completing Game

Was wondering if it's possible and if so, can someone make me (and anyone else interested) a mod where the Ballas and Los Vagos are still around after beating the gang, as there is like....nothing to do after 100% Completion besides grabbing some Families members and going around messing with the cops.

If such a mod already exists, please point me to it. Thank you very much for any help offered.

Just edit your saved game using a save editor. Assign territory to the various gangs and then enable or disable gang wars (if you disable them the gangs won't attack your territory, but they will still be around).

...I have no modding skills, the most I've done was add a few mods using IMG Tool.

Okay, just realized my mind skipped the 'save editor' part of your post. Any suggestions as to which one I should use?

There's only one as far as I know. I believe it's here at TGTAP as well.
