Bypass Missions

I just got the game, wanna mess around get to know the city a bit before i do the missions. is their any way to turn them off so i can have some free play?

You can't really "turn off the missions," but you can access all of the areas of the city by using Edison Carter's CheatDevice to spawn a helicopter and fly to the other islands, or by downloading a 100% save game so all of the missions are already completed. Of course, in order to use either of these tools, you'll need to connect the PSP to your computer with a USB cable.

If you have the PS2 version of the game, you need to get an action replay or similar device in order to get a 100% save game.

You dont have to "Turn Off Missions" all you need to do is not go to the missions and just play
