Storyline?

I've been beating a few missions here and there in the VC storyline, but suddenly everything stopped. I'm pretty sure the last mission was Trojan Voodoo (The Cubans, where you blow up some drug factory). Then, that was it. No more phone calls, no Phil Cassidy or anything. Did I just not do it in order or something?

It's a clean install, I doubt anything is missing.

If youve finished Diaz's missions Avery's missions where you have to dress up as a cuban, all of Umberto's missions, the storyline does not continue unless you start buying assets, buy the Malibu Club, Kaufman's Cabs, Interglobus Film studios, The Vice City Boatyard and the Cherry poppers icecream factory and The Vice City Printworks. After buying these assets you'll get to see a pink marker in all these locations and after you complete all of these assets then the story will continue

Cuban, Haitian, Love Fist, Avery, and Assassination missions aren't part of the storyline. If you've done the storyline mission "Shakedown", then you can buy properties throughout the city. If you've done that and triggered the final missions and beat them, then you've got nothing else to do.
