ethan the gta helper Posted November 18, 2006 Share Posted November 18, 2006 the gang members in vcs can be a drag,they are as tough as steel but they're dumber than a post,don't turn to your gang when you want to get something done,the best way to conquer the missions and empire building sites is to use the slow motion cheat,the aiming cursor still moves at normal speed so you can get deadly accuracy with any weapon you choose,but back to topic,the only thing the empire buddys are good for is bullet shields,they take about 5 M4 clips to kill,so they can be good for that sort of thing... I maxed out my rep, with my loan shark business near the docks, but can't recruit anyone? any help appreciated.
