When i play gta sa graphic mods all they do is change the graphic's some do special effects like new water,fire,etc.)If some one could make a mod that changes fire,water,weather effects,clouds,smog,grass tree's if needed us project oblivion mods for that,cars to real cars,change the way the people look they look like there paralized and add more texture,change the stores to real stores ,add island's with buyable house's on it,better gun texture,add realism to the guns when they fire,movement i hate how up is down and down is up so can you change it to saints row 2,also change the car customizing to fit the new real car's and make the customizing like midnight club la,change the casino's lights and names and if you need help type in gta:san andreas to gta 4 graphic patch,change cj to the punisher from the 2004 movie,enterable sewer,bigger boat's,be able to customize any vehical boat truck plane etc) i know it's alot but think about it if you make this mod some one else would want so on so on,thank you
