San Andreas has: Donuts. They're actually hidden in the game's code and if you modify it, you can eat donuts in a store, also Chris82 has the Multimod which makes that.

You can use Spaceeinstein's All in One Mod, which is a bunch of mods and a car spawner which allows you to drive the RC Cars. Normal car spawners can only spawn it. Not driveable.
