ok i downloaded dmagic1 weelmod and when i try to open it wont let me bring it up because it dosent know the online source

argh i can get on now but after i select a server and i load everything it says i have the wrong version!! what does this mean?

ok i downloaded the file and put in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City and everything worked but how to i play with other people? (yea im a newbie at this)
