Like a shelter where animals that where no longer wanted end up and if they are not adopted they might end up in a animal testing place or put down.(mostly because they are to old) But getting a animal at a pet shop is fine but if they dont get bought they just lower the price till they get bought. This is why I would recommend getting a pet from the shelter they usually have a large amout of different animals to chose from (im sure you have a animal shelter near your house) that are as same as getting a pet at a shop. And for this tax your talking about to pay for dogs witch i have never seen before but its the same if you were to buy at a shop besides some of the animals at a shelter where brought there by the police because of people who are not allowd to own a pet because of something they did so im positive they are totally legal i go to the shelter sometimes to walk the dogs there its fun and the dog likes it too. My grandpa has 7 cats and 3 dogs and of them are just like any dog they got them from a shelter when they where just kittens and puppies.

Yea well like many other people have said they should do the tests on people who are on death row i mean there going to die anyway why not test on them and the smaller stuff for people who volenteer. If your ever thinking of getting an animal get one from a shelter because some of those animals you see there will end up at these animal testing places and plus i have gotten my cats from the shelter and there fine like any other cat.

It just shows how selfish (some) humans are. Wow i never knew there had labs like that for volenteers do you know if they get many? and if not they should really use crimanals because i mean animals never harmed the earth or anyone but crimanals have and they deserve to be tested on.

they also test products like shampoo and cleaning stuff on animals eyes so thats why you usually see WARNING dont put in eyes label. And i agree with you spaz just because they cant talk doesnt mean we can just test these thing on them for us.

me and my buddies have a game kind of like that but its more of who can get the most pens and pencils stuck in the wall of celing. You guys should try it its soo fun my record is 3 pens 7 pencils and a piece of gum but i got cought and well we did it in every class but the teachers didnt know who it was so the teacher who cought us told them all so we had to clean up all of the rooms and suspendid for one day But it was still worth it. We have been trying to think of a new thing to do so ill tell them about your game maybe we will try it out.

Yea i still cant get over that vick did dog fights. A long time ago when i was like 8 my neighbors raised fighting pitbulls so they had the huge chains around their neck and one day i had my buddies over to play football and there dogs broke into my yard and it was chaos from there, we all ran to the swing set and climed to the top and my dad came and even the neighbor behind us even came out with a bat. Ok so they ended up getting the dogs back and we told the cops (which they had been called on many times before) and they went and took their dogs but the next day i see there dogs again so we where just like fuck this and we moved (well we also needed a bigger house). I still can beleve they got them back i mean like if one of us tripped we could have gotten hurt baddly. I remember when they first had the dogs they where nice but then they started beating them and made them mean and the police didnt even really care and im like wtf!?!? but yea they really need to crack down on that stuff.

i dont know theres a fraps dll in my folder but ill try the full size. ok i tryed full size still nothing does it matter if i use 1.9d instead cause when i use the newer version i freze and with 1.9d a message pops up that says C:\Fraps\gta-vc 2007-09-23 21-36-22-03.avi could not be imported. The selected file is not valid or is corrupted

Yea no one has really put any effort into stoping animal abuse the law has to focus on it more, People who get cought animal abusing should a huge fine that will go to animal shelters.

Ok i have the newest version (thanks to stormlexer) and when i press F9 to record i freze and a message comes up saying unhandeled exceptions or something like that. Man this seems like problem after problem... im like going nuts here anything u think might help post! Does it matter between the new version of fraps or an old one? Does RAM matter cause i think mine is really low its like 254 or somethin

Cool, yea Howie is my little buddy when im on the computer he usually falls asleep on me and Bosco sounds like a good name for a cat. Yea and i just dont stand how people can do those things to an animal.
