Well, it has to be all games since San Andreas has just come out and most people on this site play's that. I'm going to ask Daf-Fy, for those of you who don't know him, his considered one of the best editors in the stunting world.

Ok, I'll ask that guy I mentioned. Cause he really is a great editor. Yeah, great thanks, ZeroX, for joining in.
And, really, everyone needs to do it like ZeroX and I've mentioned (the thing with replay.rep). Cause we need good quality. It would look pretty bad if the quality went from bad to good to very bad to great.
So everyone, just start stunting and saving replays. I'll set a deadline for all stunts later.

I use a program called GameCam. its pretty good. I use a variety of editing programs, depending on what type of video I want. But I use Power Director PRO, and funnily enough, though I hate to say it, I often use Windows movie maker. Im currently in the process of buying some new software, but it wont take long before I find some. By the way, I am currently Uploading the sample Stunt Movie I made to PUTfile, so bear with me. Ill post the link to my GTA stunt video here!

Yeah, I thought so. I'm not trying to be rude, but GameCam sucks! Havce you ever treid Fraps? Oh, and I've never treid Power Director PRO, and I'm sure it's good so if your going to edit the video use ONLY that program. never ever use WMM, it sucks, no matter what your going to do any other editing program is better! I use Vegas 6.0 which is very good.
I'm sorry, if I am rude, but I am the official stunter of the site, and if we're going to make a communtiy video, it HAS TO be very very very GOOD. If we're going to compete with the top notch, EVERYTHING HAS TO be very very very GOOD! Infact it has to be very very very GREAT!
What I saw from that video you linked to. It was cool, but the text f.ex was nothing but ordinary WMM text effect.

What's that record programs name? And what kind of editing program do you use? Do you have any preweivs of your preveuse editing? Like a stunting video or something else? Just want to see..

Yeah, I saw it yesterday and it was alright. I'm sorry, but I didn't really like the edit as much as usuall. The intro was a very good idea, but I don't really think it worked. I know we're very limited to what we can do with the game, but still, I didn't really like it. Stunts was of course as good as it gets. Ok

These would be great tips if I had it for PC, but i really don't intend to get it, I like to try stunts for the Playstation version just because they are fun, not serious stunting or anything like that, I would really appreciate tips for the actual stunts, not the technical side
Yes, I have written a tutorial for stunting here somewhere which is for the actually stunt. It's just this thread that's dedicated to the technical side of stunting. I'm going to release more stunting tutorial as the time goes by though. I havee written about 6 of them, just have to get some pictures of spots to execute and traine those stunts.

Yeah, I agree with you ZeroX, but you havn't treid some of the new techniques that Sa stunting offers. You'll see more of that in my ext video. I also think bike stunting sucks in San Andreas though.

Actually (not to brag
), I presented the idea of becoming the official stunter and starting a stunting section which I could mod. I ask him 'cause I had just closed down old GrandTheftAutoForums.com to become a better know stunter outside of the stunting community. Well, I'm glad I came aroudn to it as fast as possible then -
But how do i save them?
Do i just move it to another folder so that it wont get overrighted?

And I dont want a regestered version of fraps, it will cost me money i dont have a dollar. The replay words is ok, i just need someone to put a "TVG" on my stunts.
No, what he means you don't have to pay anything. No, but what we can do is what all stunting crews do (but we can do it without being a crew, of course), and that is to send all the .rep files to the person editing and then he/she will record the stunts on his or hers computer under optimal settings. That way we get much much better quality of the video. Of course the person editing will apply all skins and such. .rep files ar much begtter to send too couse they're nowhere near as big as a video file. If everyone's gonna send 10Mb files to ONE guy it will take ages to get it done.

I have no idea what your doing wrong, but maybe you havn't played 30 seconds before you press it. Or maybe you have deleted the "Gta Vice City User Files"-folder? I got to say I have never run into such a problem so I'm not sure. But try those things first to see if it corrects it.

The Ats isn't that good at editing, I know a much better guy! I'll talk to him and see if he's willing to do it, but it's up to you (the topic author) to decide since you started the whole thing.

Edit: Well, Turboneger is some real vikings that's for sure! So, great music choice. By the way, where are you from (or the one who choice the main music)? Stunts was good. That split screen was not very good since the quality really got very bad. I thought the name of the stunters was alittle too big, but that's really no biggy. You got one of my stunts too
