need help with dummies for cars

i have no idea like how to make the cockpit glass open.were the lights shine from were u sit.also how to make the wheels spin (if possible can some1 tell me how to make it look like there is air getting pushed from the bottom of the car. Also i need help with how to make textures for it for the interior im making need help so i can finish it so gta community can download it EDIT:also if u know tell me how to take off the polygons on the 3d view in zmoddler 1.07

the top 1 could use more work but it didnt look like u spent a lot of time on it it looks like u only used it as ur first model(no offence u should see my first one its total crap) bottom one looks gr8 i know what ur doing wrong u got to go to display/plas axis and put it so it alligns good on all of the views only half on the top and bottom cuz u just copy and paste it 4 other side yes u will have to keep placing the axix bit if u do several polygons on 1 u wont(this>>> |X|X|X| <<top view but u will have to reset it when u do it this way ( side view / somthing like that tell me if u need more explaniation cuz i did this quick cuz i wanna work on my model some more____/ _____________________________________________| _____________________________________________/ Ignore underlined stuff

the bes way i know is to make a shirt on him is copy the texture and go get gimp a photo editing thing(free no trial or anything) any u can use some of those tools to make it look better

ok now how do u mod textures i got a photo editing thing txd editor img thing iv used them all be4 but? do i put parts of the texture on each little piece tell me plz ppl EDIT:ok i know how to edit the textures but how can i make it have several different textures so like i can just spawn another and it will be a different texture i made. how will i change the textures from 23,23 to be like 45,45 or somthing ?? help please

You can make it into a vehicle also make it so ppl can get in also you can make it where ppl even spawn on it

you have to know that kind of stuff is hard/time consuming you probly wont find any1 to make it unless they have nothing to do
