Well you cant expect him to think its a picture when clearly you see Video recorder and not animated Gif recorder..... And the only REAL difference the 333Mhz makes is when there are alot of cars, or people or explosions, it lessons the lag...tremendously....but you usually dont see a shit load of that stuff since the game was made to work on 222Mhz.

Guys, I got it taken care of, xenon just talked to me. Im use to other forums where the login name is the same as the display name...xenon told me my login name which is different from my display name............my cookies got deleted so I had to manually log in and I have such a crap memory I forgot I had to use my login name not my display name..........silly me :/ Mod can close this or delete it or whatever now :/

Yep, the trick is to go as fast as you can in your car onto a ramp that leads you straight into the water, when you are falling fast enough straight into the water you teleport to a location and the car gets stuck like that. You can teleport to the place many times with many vehicles and they are get stuck together.

Since Spaz obviously didnt have the patience for detailed instructions, here ya go. 1.DL the cheat system 2.Find it and right click it. 3.In the menu that popped up from right clicking the file, select "extract to" 4.Extract it to your desktop. 5.Connect your psp to your comp in USB mode 6.Click on the file and hold control, then press c. 7.Go into the drive that has your psp stuff 8.You should see PSP and another folder, I forget the name 9.Dont click anything, hold control and press v. 10.Select yes to all. 11.Load up your game, then load the gamesave with the cheat device/ 12.Let it load and voila. IF THIS DOESNT WORK, YOU EITHER HAVE THE WRONG FIRMWARE (dl at sony.com) OR IT AUTOMATICLY LOADS BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER GAMESAVE...IF THIS IS THE CASE START A NEW GAME AND SAVE THAT GAME. THIS CHEAT DEVICE HAS TO BE LOADED MANUALLY, IF THE GAME LOADS IT, IT WONT WORK.

It does have the power to shove you through a roof if you want to walk through ceilings. This gives you the ability to explore everywhere, inside buildings and above the height limit. A lot of buildings are not solid above a certain height. The one I'm standing on in the picture I think is the highest solid building.

All I want is flyable planes and heli's. And swimming isnt that big of a deal. I mean maybe just allow for reg swimming, no diving or any of that, just swimming above water.
