im using that exact same trainer too, works great BUT some of those codes crashes the game, at least for me anyhow, the "no police" option = instacrash for me Its great fun tho to raise/lower the wanted level hehe

to play gta3 without cd2, copy the content in the Audio folder into the installed directory ie c/gta3/audio, and then you need a nocd exe, be careful tho cuss some of them are filled with nasty stuff

i had that same red light crash as well, and it happened immediately after i installed a custom diablo model, so when i reinstalled the original, it worked fine, since then i have tried other custom skins for the diablo and it dont crash (the skin in q is the dodge charger, with the huge compressor thru the bonnet)

id have to say the Stallion, mainly cuss im using a very nice Dodge Challenger skin for it, with improved handling and some nice handpicked colours by me =)
