All mods have a readme with it. Read that first. If you still don't know what to do, post the mod. And reinstalling won't effect the user files. Unless files are missing. But if you won't to be sure, just backup the San Andreas User Files before re-installing.

With exeption of the minimum of 3 participants you guys have the exact same rules. Anyways, I'l be you first client. If there are no 3 participants, will you get your cash back?

Quite easy. Just a not good working mod a bad installed. Reinstal. And try the mods in our database. All of them have been manually tested before they got added.
