try looking for a patch on the internet. you might find one that upgrades to vista. thats all the advice i have unless you sell it and buy the new one

well thats just what worked for me. and its hard at portland to do any side mission because of the damn mafia and triads. triads have way too much turf.

use the siren on long, strait roads. they shud move out of the way like butter. but dont be too reliable with the sirens. still pay attention and steer when needed. on short, twisty roads, turn the siren off and just drive like you are racing. on wide, thick, open double sided roads, you can stay on the right with the siren on and steer aside from cops. if your on an empty road, keep the siren on and when someone drives by, hold down the honky horn button to sound the alternative siren. they will emmediately move. and on an empty street, people moving quickly is a big stress reliever. use the alternative siren often. people just move faster. if you have unlocked shoreside vale (the third one) do NOT do the missions there. shoreside vale has terrible obsticles. i would go with staunton island (the second one) if you have unlocked it. portland is good too but staunton is just more of a smooth ride. although the dropoff is a little hard to get to. pick up the people that are the closest to you. then the next closest and so on. always fill up the car. taking three people at once is obviously faster than taking one at a time. it always helps if you are familiar with liberty before you start so you know the shortest route, shortcuts, weaknesses and so on. so if you know your way around liberty then good. if not then just do a little practice. drive your hardest at the beginning because after a while, you will have lots of time and at that point it is very easy and there is no rush. regards. waffledick. wow.......just wow

i dont think you can mod cars. handling and stuff, but not the look of the car. and adding codes is very stupid. i hate it. and in fact i need help too. i cant get added codes to work on gta even after i add the nececary master.

ahh dont even get started! there defenately cant be ghosts in the game. dont even joke. dont give noobs the idea. there cant be kids in the game. i think kids get abused as much as adults in real life. kidnaps, rapists, loose drive-bys, school killings, ransom, it never ends. but there still cant be kids. jack thomson will murder R*. i heard somewhere that ladies would carry babies on the street but the babies are just props. thats fu**ed up and creepy. i think there should be animals though. it would be a cool feature. im pretty sure birds are going to get lots of abuse in gta4 so why not keep going. although i will feel very bad stomping the cute little puppy into the concrete.

drinks from a machine or anywhere els should be added to the inventory. and you hold down the shoot button to drink and when its empty you can throw it or litter it. same with smoking. buy a pack at a store or tobacco machine and it gets added to inventory. and if you take to big of a puff, you caugh and loose a little bit of health. and the SAME thing with food! press the shoot button and take a bite. peds can do all of this stuff. why cant you? also you get to hit people with your weapons the same way you would do your secondary attack. ALSO you should be able to get rid of anything. i hated it when you got a weapon by accident you couldnt get rid of it. and of course, you should be able to throw everything. omfg that would be so awesome to throw a burger at a ped and they'd be all wtf!

i saved the game with a cheat on by accident. the cheat was to make my gang turn into girls. but they dont fight! and i finally got to 100% and i cant hire them to follow me. how can i fix this?

ummm im pretty sure that is an afterlife. noone said that afterlife is only heavan or hell or any other beliefe. afterlife is what happens to you after your life.

and most likely seen flying in the sky. and if there is, ppl will find a way to get them. there have been those kinds of planes in all the gta games. but they arent easter eggs. they are removed from the game just like swat van and andromeda. OR rockstar can just make them unsolid like 3 and vice. but im sure they wont do that.
