editing takes a lot of work. first you have to crack the code, about 100 number places. then you have to change it with another code. easier to do with a gameshark or codebreaker usb device. i found out. you have to enter the cheat then load your saved game. the cheat is still in effect so just enter it again and the wheels will get bigger. ill try to send in a pic of it.
