as the topic says when i try to open the file with notepad it says that the file is to big for notepad, so what do i open it with then please reply quick

hey some of my friend told me that you can hire slodiers for 1k each where acn you do that? (please show at map) hope it is true btw the way they also told me that you can tune your car(not modifi) with like a new engine and stuff if he things are tru please show a card with the spots so i now where they are
