The best strategy I’ve come up with for New Model Army is to first destroy Berkley’s RC Goblin (Helicopter): you can do that by dropping a bomb on it while it’s close to the ground; that’ll keep it from dropping any more barrels in the path of your RC Bandit. Next, you can destroy each of the tanks with a bomb, one at a time. And finally, drop the planks for your RC Bandit to cross the small gorges. If you’re playing on PC and you still can’t complete the mission, then you could upload your saved-game to GTA Save-N-Play, and I (or someone else here at The GTA Place) could pass it for you. On PC, press esc, then go to your Stats menu; your Criminal Rating will be in the top-right corner:

Just because an area is locked, doesn’t mean you can’t explore it. I have found that doing all of the side-missions prior to any of the story missions is fun as hell, without using any cheats. I’m talking about going into 4-Star areas and completing the hidden challenges (NGR-500, Chiliad, courier missions, etc), as well as collecting all of the Horseshoes, Snapshots, and Oysters. If you really want to keep your weapons after getting wasted/busted, you can get Barbara and Katie as girlfriends at the beginning of the game, if you don’t mind the 4-Star wanted level to get to them. Katie doesn’t require much, just some tattoos and muscle; Barbara, however, requires all of the Oysters to be collected before I can get her. I agree with MrLlamaLlama, cheating takes away the fun. I never do it.

I downloaded your save, and I'm completing it now. all-Schools, all-Golds. all of the Zero missions are completed. Wang Autos has been purchased. N.O.E and Stowaway, both completed. Your uploaded saved-game had some weird glitches. For example: the game automatically passed C.J. with all-Golds for Bike School, just for entering the red marker. I don't know why. However, all of the other schools and missions functioned as they were supposed to. I went into San Fierro airport to get a helicopter to fly over to the Boat School, I ended up falling into the underworld over and over, in a nonstop loop. MrLlamaLlama is correct! That color is available at the Pay-N-Spray. So it's not as unique as I had originally thought. Thanks, MrLlamaLlama, for pointing that out. One more thing, hunter88888, the Sabre is definitely Bulletproof/Fireproof/Explosionproof/Damageproof. Did you get it from the Tanker Commander mission? That was the last mission completed on the saved-game you posted. Because the Sabre from that mission is Bulletproof/Fireproof/Explosionproof/Damageproof, or did you convert it somehow so that it has those unique qualities?

That's really interesting, about the Sabre you found. That color is very rare, I don't think that it's ever been found before, aside from the cut-scenes that show it. Do you remember where you found it? Also, I know that you had completed that mission before; adding snapshots of missions that I have completed for someone is something I just thought would be kinda neat. That's all.
