Personally, I think it may grow due to the game plot, or the game's storyline. Like whilst more cops you help (Like on VC, you could punch peds runing away from cops), the city will kinda have less crime, but if you kinda keep robbing, killing, etc. etc., there will be more robbers, and occasionaly more police.

Actually (What I think), is that in UK, it will be released the 28th at 5PM (According to the post at the Main Page), and in Australia at 2AM, that means, that it may be release the 29th June in Australia. As i calculated, it MAY be released at Colorado at 2AM, same as in australia, if we count from the release at UK, pretty confusing, eh? I mostly think it either could be a problem of your browser/computer, because I've never had that problem, nor anyone else, as there has been no complains. STILL, there could be the site, because sometimes, i just hover my mouse cursor over an add, and it says "Pop-Up Blocked", wich means, that the site opens when I just hover the mouse cursor over 'em, and I dont think that is supposed to happen.
