Him and CJ take the cake for me, I like their emotion and how they care about others. I hate Tommy because of his annoying attitude. Yeah. Victor Vance is quite kind-hearted in this game. IMO, VCS dont SUCK its pretty good for a game that took about a year to make WHILE they were makign 2 others. I tihnk its pretty impressive.
