custom billboards, backrounds or radio files?

yeah I only have 3 questions...

1. How can you add your own pictures to the billboards in the game (I've seen mods that replace the pictures in the billboards) so how can I add my own pictures?

2. How can I add background pictures in the game menu (stats screen, pause screen, map screen, etc...)?

3. Is it possible to change the music files that the radio stations play? So if I wanted to add one of my own songs to VROCK for example how would I go about doing this?

1. Get TXD workshop and search for billboard textures.

2. I think you can do that in a TXD folder.

3. Yeah you can but I forgot how.

Billboards are models in GTR3.IMG file of your MODELS folder. Here are some useful tools.

For the billboards, you would have to find and extract the texture from gta3.img, then edit the texture and import the texture back into gta3.img.

As for the radio stations, you can't add new songs unless you create a whole new station. Take VRock for example: the radio station playlist is just one big file.

You can't have multiple backgrounds for each of the menus. I know, I've tried that one before.

i once made my own radio station using an audio connecter thingie but i dont really remember its name... All i did was just put in a bunch of songs i like and click combine and then it created a large mp3 file which i converted using that audio thingie to the vice city format and named it Kchat and ingame that radio station would play my songs. It took ages to find the radio combiner thingie though
