What are the rarest cars in the game (Hard to find etc). I only know about 2. The ice cream truck at the carnival and the Sand S.U.V. It's not the dune buggy, it has two doors and is parked near the lighthousem but on the street. Any other rare cars?

Another rare vehicle is the Little Willie. You can only buy it, or find it in one other place. There's also the 6 wheeled, aquatic vehicle, also only availiable to buy.

The hunter also only spawns at the end of the game, at the airport.

Or:

To Vice City?

I'm not sure what you mean, if you're talking about Vice City Stories, you can't really modify a PSP version of the game as it's much of a long process, and that it can actually mess up your game. If it's Vice City, then please make a topic here about it.

The Little Willie can be found at the Junkyard after you have unlocked the East Island.

Another Rare car is the Cholo Sabre after they have been kicked out of Little Havana and Little Haiti.

Another Rare vehicle is the Bulldozer what can be found behind Moist Palms Hotel.
