WRX22B1998
Hmm well we have been using this monitor for 2+years and not long ago the computer went on power save mode (turn off monitor) like it usually does, then we went to go back on it, and the monitor was blank. I thought originally that it was a problem with the cable but it wasnt (tested that a few days ago) and we plugged it in with a new cable, and its like the backlight has gone in it. I shined a torch on the screen and I can read stuff on it (eg i could see outlook open, and titles of messages etc) but its really really really dark (black without torch) and its not brightness/contrast (both were at 100). So is this monitor screwed?

Huckleberry Pie
Maybe the bulb that comes with it fouled up, it probably needs a fresh dose of blinker fluid...just joking... OK, I suggest that you take it to an authorized BenQ dealer for a checkup or two...
